Combatting misinformation with clarity

That was from this great article about the importance of clear and effective communication for schools, but the concepts apply to any industry.

 

Many people will read this article and think they communicate simply and clearly, but they don't. Some will recognize they can do better. People need humility and ongoing training to be great at simplifying. 


At my trainings, people are shocked to learn how much shorter and clearer their web pages, newsletters, surveys, and more can be.
