How my training has evolved since 2022

I led my first official training 4 years ago, and I've led around 250 trainings since then! This is another dream-come-true job for me, like Intercambio, which I co-founded in 2000 and directed until 2022. I love this job because:

1. I work with awesome teams and organizations from many different fields.

2. My trainings are fun and participants immediately use what they learn.

3. In every training, I learn something new, and learning is one of my core values.

Many people ask how my trainings have evolved since 2022. The focus on efficiency, access, trust and human connection remains. But the content has evolved, I facilitate different types of activities, and I engage audiences even more.

I've developed new trainings that relate to clear communication, such as how to:

- Make presentations highly engaging and improve messaging.

- Facilitate meetings efficiently and become a better active listener.

- Blend human skills with AI best practices.

Many of the 10,000+ people who've attended my training have shared experiences, insights, questions and challenges. After trainings, they share about ongoing changes they've made, which tells me what resonates and what doesn't.

Those of you who've shared your perspectives with me help make my future trainings more real and impactful, and I deeply thank you!

No feedback means people create stories

Make every minute meaningful

I love providing training and coaching on how to lead dynamic and effective presentations. A lot of people have great content, but they miss opportunities to make that content stick if they don't freq
